Clare Rawlins

Clare brings over 25 years of experience in international education, most of which she has spent with Kaplan International, where she currently serves as Senior Vice President, Student Recruitment, Marketing, and Partnerships. Throughout her career at Kaplan, Clare has played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the company’s global recruitment network and developing strategic university partnerships worldwide. Having worked across more than 30 countries, Clare possesses deep expertise in international markets, particularly in Africa and the Indian subcontinent, and has extensive experience in guiding universities to develop and implement effective internationalization strategies. Before joining Kaplan, Clare worked in both the English language and higher education sectors. She holds a degree in History from the University of Manchester (UK). Passionate about excellence in student recruitment and delivering outstanding service, Clare is also an avid traveller who enjoys swimming and spending time with her daughter outside of work.
