Who Attends the ASU+GSV Summit?

Investors, entrepreneurs, educators, and innovators who would otherwise never be in the same room but all of whom share a passion for driving education and innovation—the magic is in the mix! Our audience of 7,000+ leaders spans the “PreK to Gray” ecosystem and includes over 1,000 K12 Superintendents and Principals; over 1,000 Higher Education Leaders; Enterprise Learning Leaders, Philanthropic Leaders, Global Investors and over 1,000 Education and Skills Technology companies from all over the world.

What are the 2026 ticket terms?

Tickets are non-refundable. Please read the Event Attendee Terms and Conditions here for additional information.

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another attendee in your place. Please note, there is a $75 transfer fee.

COVID-19 currently affects and may continue to affect the ability of GSV Summit LLC to offer an in-person ASU+GSV Summit. If GSV Summit LLC, in its sole discretion, determines that it is unable to offer an in-person ASU+GSV Summit in 2026, GSV Summit LLC reserves the right to offer the 2026 ASU+GSV Summit virtually.

Will meals be provided during the Summit?

Yes, meals are typically provided at mealtime events during the ASU+GSV Summit, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner keynotes. Specific meal information for the 2026 Summit will be forthcoming.

ASU+GSV Summit Media Passes are reserved for recognized journalists and working accredited press/media that cover ASU+GSV.

*Please note that publishers, brand ambassadors, PR/marketing, corporate social media/communications professionals, strategic consultants, and non-editorial media staff do not qualify for a complimentary press pass and are encouraged to purchase an Attendee ticket.

Are sessions audio recorded?

Yes! Most 2026 ASU+GSV Summit sessions will be audio recorded and available post-event for on-demand listening. Relive the inspiration, catch what you missed, and soak up insights on your own schedule.

Interactive workshops, however, are intentionally not recorded. These sessions are designed to be immersive, hands-on, and highly collaborative—driven by real-time interaction and group participation. The magic happens in the moment!

What are the COVID-19 Protocols?

ASU+GSV follows CDC, state, and local guidelines. We will update protocols as guidance changes. For the latest information, visit the State of California Department of Public Health website and the CDC.

Can GSV Summit help with My Visa Application?

Yes. GSV Summit can support your U.S. visa application by providing an official invitation letter. Please contact the team member below with the email subject line: VISA Letter for [Your Full Name].

Additional visa guidance:
- Most attendees will require a B-1 (business visitor) visa unless eligible for travel under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).
- Travelers from VWP-participating countries may visit the U.S. for up to 90 days with prior ESTA approval.
- All other travelers must complete the DS-160 Non-Immigrant Visa Application and schedule an appointment with their local U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
- Always review the U.S. Bureau of Consular Affairs website for the latest requirements, wait times, and procedures.

We recommend bringing supporting documentation to your visa appointment, including:
- Your GSV Summit invitation letter
- Proof of registration/payment
- Evidence of ties to your home country

What is the Recommended attire?

The dress code for the ASU+GSV Summit is business casual, but don’t forget comfortable footwear.

Will The AI Show Be Part of 2026?

We’re bringing the programming, energy, and immersive experiences of The AI Show directly into the ASU+GSV Summit—where AI has always been core to the event. The Artificial Intelligence Revolution (AIR) at the Summit will be the home for this experience in 2026, with expanded opportunities for attendees April 12–15. In line with this shift, we will not be hosting a separate event at the San Diego Convention Center in 2026, as all AIR programming and activations will be centered at the Manchester Grand Hyatt and Marriott Marquis.
