
Stephanie Loeck is a driven workforce and education advocate committed to advancing economic opportunity and improving community outcomes. Leveraging a unique background in development, strategy, communications, and policy, she has spent the bulk of her career driving forward change initiatives. Currently, Stephanie serves as Vice President of Strategic Development at GPS Education Partners, where she leads initiatives driving national growth to foster social impact in work-based learning. In this role, she shapes and executes the organization’s long-term growth strategies by supporting financial sustainability, partnership development, thought leadership, and work-based learning advocacy. She has been instrumental in developing GPS Ed’s signature six-part approach to work-based learning design, which is a learner-centered framework to help practitioners address program design, implementation capacity, and continuous improvement.
