Robert Weil

Mr. Weil taught high school math in Colorado for 20 years. During his last six years of teaching, he also served as the president of the Douglas County Federation of Teachers (DCFT), which represented approximately 2,000 Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers. Mr. Weil’s work at AFT focuses on school improvement and teacher quality initiatives, including addressing the shortage of teachers and school staff. In addition, Mr. Weil works on issues related to technology, the future of work, and the impact of artificial intelligence on education.
