Pamela Toney

Pamela Toney began her tenure as president of CSU Global in September 2020. Prior to her appointment, she served the university in various roles beginning as the Director of Financial Aid in 2011 and recently as the Chief Operating Officer. She believes education is the key to improving the future and works diligently to find pathways to helping students succeed. As the leader of the first 100% online public institution, she is focused on developing professionals for the workforce of the future by providing career-relevant, affordable, and student-focused education options designed for the modern learner. Toney received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville; her Masters of Science in Psychology from Walden University; and an MBA from Colorado Technical University.
