Erin Lynch

Dr. Erin Lynch, CRA is the Associate Provost of Scholarship, Research, and Innovation at Winston-Salem State University, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in North Carolina. Dr. Lynch’s research area is strategic planning, program development, and intervention development for minoritized groups in Higher Education. Her work is in educational assessment, program evaluation, and campus climate research. She is published in the topics of leadership, innovation management, instructional design, research productivity at HBCUs. Her current research seeks to develop a national database for STEM faculty to use to locate Broadening Participation research interventions to support broadening participation efforts in STEM.
