VP of Talent Development for Commonwealth Fusion Systems

Noah is the VP of Talent Development for Commonwealth Fusion Systems, an organization focused on solving the climate crisis with unlimited clean fusion energy.  Prior to CFS, Noah was the vice president and global head of learning at Moderna.  He is a recognized global thought leader focusing on digital, agile, and problem based approaches to learning and development. As an expert in the L&D space, he is working to lead the industry and fellow learning professionals to create lasting solutions to many of the biggest and most complex unresolved problems such as universal standards, time allocation for learning, good governance, and speed of skilling.

Previously, Noah held leading L&D and HR roles in organisations such as Intel, Deloitte, and Korn Ferry. Noah believes Generative AI has the potential to fundamentally change the pace at which we learn.  As all learning can be expressed by the formula quantity of learning / time = learning rate, AI has the ability to exponentially bend this curve and accelerate the velocity at which we are acquiring new skills.  It can do this through real time feedback, scalable personalization, and targeted access to information.  Noah lives in the Boston area with his family and enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and concerts.
