Troy Cosey

Troy Cosey is Co-Founder of Strive, a leadership development platform acquired by FranklinCovey earlier this year. He currently serves as Managing Director FranklinCovey. Troy's spent a decade working in Silicon Valley, building products and programs that use technology to economically empower underserved learners and communities.  He spent 7+ years at LinkedIn where he worked as an operator across Sales, Marketing, and Product – launching global products and initiatives like LinkedIn’s Influencer Program, the Sales Navigator platform. Notably, he and 4 other leaders founded LinkedIn's largest Employee Resource Group, and built an internal coaching initiative aimed at promoting underrepresented talent into the ranks of leadership.
