Timothy Summers

Timothy C. Summers, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of Digital Trust Initiatives at Arizona State University's University Technology Office. In this role, Timothy leads Pocket, a digital wallet and portfolio that provides a portable, secure and verified place for learners to capture their knowledge, skills, and competencies, helping them navigate their lifelong learner journey. He has internationally advised on a variety of areas including cybersecurity, how hackers think, distributed ledger technologies, artificial intelligence, and normal chaos and enjoys bringing that breadth of experience and disruptive expertise to the higher education environment. He enjoys traveling, spending too long to find something on Netflix and discovering new food & wine with friends.
