Tia Holiday

Tia is a Director on the Education team at Intentional Futures, where she is leading Postsecondary education projects. Her work focuses on identifying inclusive, student-centered, and social justice-oriented solutions to education strategy that will enable racially minoritized students to thrive and be seen. Students and educators alike always inform her work. Before iF, she worked within the California Community College system to develop equitable programmatic practices in student support programs and financial aid policies. She has been a classroom teacher, college advisor, and instructional designer and advised on critical financial aid and college student reform policies. She holds an M.S. in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Southern California.
