Tara Shepard

I am a first-generation university student enrolled in ASU's Civil Engineering degree program, and an Arizona native. I have been working with Education at Work since March of 2020 and have had multiple roles as a student during that time. The partnership between Education at Work and ASU is an invaluable resource to me as a first-generation student. Through the Education at Work opportunity I am simultaneously developing professional skills and reducing my student debt, helping me prepare for my life after graduation.
