Sheila Boysen-Rotelli

Dr. Sheila Boysen-Rotelli is a Master Certified executive leadership coach, facilitator, author, TEDx speaker, and leader. As a leader in the coaching field, Sheila has held global and local board roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). She has coached over 1,000 people and brings extensive senior HR experience to her coaching and facilitation.

Her career spans multiple industries at both private and public organizations with a focus on the people side of the business--leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance optimization. Sheila has coached executives and emerging leaders from a wide range of industries that include tech, finance, consumer package goods, education, government, and non-profit sector. She is currently the Global Head of Coaching at BTS.
