Regis Chasse

Dr. Regis Chasse is the Dean of the Leadership Institute at Majid Al Futtaim, a Dubai-based lifestyle conglomerate with over 44,000 employees across 16 MENAP countries. He is accountable for all aspects of the Leadership Institute which supports the strategic transformation agenda of the Group. He oversees three schools: School of Leadership, School of Analytics and Technology, and the School of Great Moments (Customer Experience). Dr. Chasse is a seasoned conference speaker on the topics of continuous learning, learning innovation, communities of practice, digital age learning and learning effectiveness measurement. Dr. Chasse was a member of the Employer Subject Matter Expert Team (ESMET) advising the US Department of Education on the “Jobs for the Future” initiative.
