A 12-year high school teacher, Rebecca joined a learning management startup in 2008 where she worked in implementation, customer success, pre-sales and product management. After 5 years she took a more technical role at Expedia Group. In a couple of years she found a gap that was not being filled, specifically in the education/up-skilling of engineers. As the learning architect for technical training, Rebecca pushed the boundaries when it came to thinking about educating the technical workforce. After creating the Expedia Code Academy, the Instructor Academy and introducing the company to skills frameworks, she moved to Noom as Head of Technical Learning & Development where she is currently building a unique connection between Knowledge Management and Learning and changing the landscape of learning across the company.
