Rebecca Gitomer

Rebecca Gitomer is the Director of Development for CareerVillage.org, a nonprofit organization on a mission to democratize access to career information and advice for underrepresented individuals. She's been with the organization for 4 years and has built partnerships across the sector from K12 districts to national nonprofits to employers. In addition to unlocking catalytic capital for the organization to proceed into the next phase of growth, she has been leading the coalition strategy that has backed the organization's latest program, an AI Career Coach. The coalition consists of 20+ leading institutions in workforce and education such as Year Up, Opportunity@Work, AVID, SFUSD, and others.
