Rachel Carlson

Rachel Carlson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Guild, an education and upskilling platform that prepares workforces for the future through learning experiences. The largest, forward-thinking employers such as The Walt Disney Company, Walmart and Lowe’s choose to partner with Guild to transform old-school education benefits into strategic and equitable education and upskilling opportunities.

Prior to Guild, Rachel founded and led Student Blueprint and served in the Obama White House. Rachel holds an MBA, M.A. in Education, and B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
