World Wide Support Leader


Pete is the Microsoft World-Wide Support leader for the Consumer Modern Life Products (Windows, Office, Skype, Teams, OneDrive etc.) and Business Programs including Enterprise - SMB Licensing, Visual Studio Subscriptions and Certification Programs supporting millions of customer interactions each year across 20+ languages and 190+ countries.  He has held various leadership roles within Microsoft over the last 24 years including IT solutions, Global Operations and Ecommerce where he was instrumental in the shift away from the packaged product format and into Digital Distribution and electronic commerce where he focusses on driving results via Leadership, technology, and operational efficiencies. As a champion of accessibility, Pete is focusing the strategy, planning and global operations to drive greater accessibility for all in Microsoft Services and Support through people, processes, and technology to deliver high impact results.
Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, He is also a Navy veteran having served in the Submarine Service for 8 years as an Electronics and Communications Technician, Defense Information Systems Coordinator and Communications Data Center manager and has 27+ years combined experience in technology, large scale operations and leadership arenas.
