Nikki Eatchel

Nikki Eatchel is a global assessment professional with 29 years of experience and is currently the Chief Assessment Office for Prometric. She has served in Chief leadership positions in several largescale, international organizations. In her positions she has worked in various testing segments, including K-12, Higher Education, Certification and Licensure, Pre-Employment and Workforce Development. She has designed and implemented thousands of assessments with traditional approaches as well as with innovative designs including emulations, simulations, performance-based tasks, and virtual reality assessment. Her career responsibilities have spanned the full spectrum of assessment activities, including job analysis, test design and development, psychometric analysis, reporting, and data analytics. She has been personally responsible for ensuring the validity, fairness, and equity of large-scale, global programs as well as statewide clients, working in some capacity with all 50 states within the U.S. and extensively in the within Europe, Central America, India, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southern Asia. Her most recent focus has been in incorporating AI tools ethically and responsibly throughout the assessment process. She has also worked in the arena of employment litigation support (for preemployment assessments) preparing expert testimony on assessment validity and fairness.
