Nicole Lembo

Nicole Lembo is currently Manager of Talent Management and Academic Programs at JetBlue Airways and has been with the company since 2015. She helped to build and now runs the JetBlue Scholars program, which helps Crewmembers earn Associate and bachelor's level degrees. In 2019 she expanded the program to include Master's Pathways, and has recently piloted certificate pathways to drive internal hiring. Nicole is passionate about educational access, inclusive workplace culture and training, talent development, and constantly improving ROI.
Prior to JetBlue, she supported students with disabilities in higher education and worked as a project manager in the litigation support field, helping to design e-discovery solutions for large law firms. She earned her undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California.
