Nickie Floyd

Dr. Nickie Floyd Director of Inspire Leading and Learning under National University (NU), is an educator originally from Mississippi now residing in New York City. Dr. Floyd's educational experiences include Elementary and Middle School teaching, Collegiate teaching for both undergraduate students and graduate students, professional learning and coaching, Leading a teaching residency, Curriculum and Instructional Design, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and numerous speaking engagements around educating the whole child. Dr. Floyd's work now primarily focuses on empowering educators through the vehicle of professional learning at NU in the Sanford Education Programs.
