Molly Nagler is Chief Learning Officer at PepsiCo. PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. PepsiCo generated $79 billion in net revenue in 2021, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Quaker, and SodaStream. Molly joined PepsiCo in 2019 and is responsible for a learning strategy covering 290,000 global employees. The learning portfolio at PepsiCo includes leadership development, functional learning, diversity and inclusion, resilience, agility, and much more. Learning programs reach learners through online and in-person channels and may be self-paced or synchronous. Under Molly’s leadership, PepsiCo has expanded access to learning, implemented a learner experience platform, and launched myeducation, which provides 100+ degrees and certificates at no cost to associates. Previously, Molly was Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education at Yale School of Management. In this role, Molly led a team that delivered 70+ executive development programs a year. Under Molly’s leadership, executive education doubled its program revenue while expanding into online courses that netted high participant satisfaction scores and completion rates above 90%.
