Mia Pritts

Mia Pritts is the Head of Early Childhood Systems at Wonderschool, where she is responsible for the company’s quality assessment and curriculum resources, managing and enhancing support to providers who are in operation and supporting local, statewide, and national partnerships. Before joining Wonderschool in 2017, she was the Executive Director of Californians for Quality Early Learning (CQEL), a non-profit child care association serving 1,500 child care centers in California. Prior to that, Mia spent 7 years at Early Learning Ventures, a Colorado nonprofit organization, helping to build, launch, and scale a shared services initiative to help child care providers increase efficiency, quality, and program viability. Mia also has extensive experience in direct operations of high-quality child care programs, working as a center director, regional director, and consultant for 5 years at Children’s Creative Learning Centers. Mia received a BS in Family Community Services from Michigan State University, and an MA in Educational Psychology/Educational Assessment from the University of Colorado, Denver. A working mom, Mia lives in Fairfax, California with her husband and two young children.
