ASU = Arizona State University, the most innovative university for 9 years running, according to U.S. News & World Report

What's the difference between The Show and Summit?

Now celebrating its 17th year, the ASU+GSV Summit has become the world's most impactful gathering of leaders across "PreK to Gray" education and workforce learning, centered around important conversations that span the lifelong learning landscape. The third annual AI Show @ ASU+GSV is a separate, more hands-on event that is completely focused on AI and its transformative potential in education.

How do I register for The Show @ ASU+GSV?

Registration can be completed here. Please follow the instructions and fill out the registration form to get your ticket!

Is there a registration fee or ticket price?

If you work at or attend a school, district, charter network, college/university, or nonprofit, your ticket is free.

Already registered for the ASU+GSV Summit? You're all set—your pass includes full access to The AI Show! If you'd like to bring team members to The Show who will not attend the Summit, they can register for The Show only.
‍
All other professionals can purchase a ticket, supporting the continued growth and evolution of the experience.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes access to sessions, workshops, keynotes, demos, and exhibition areas at The AI Show. If you are registered for the ASU+GSV Summit, you will be automatically registered for The AI Show – head to the Summit Express Line at the SDCC to collect your badge. NOTE: The AI Show registration does not include access to the ASU+GSV Summit.

Can I register for The Show on the day of the event?

Yes, but it's recommended to register in advance to ensure your spot and streamline your event experience.

How can I learn about the sessions and speakers at The Show @ ASU+GSV?

Our event program, including session details and speaker bios, will be available on our website as confirmed. The app is expected to launch in February 2026.

Will there be opportunities to interact with the speakers?

Yes, many sessions include Q&A segments, and there are networking events designed to facilitate interaction.

Are there any hands-on workshops or demonstrations?

Absolutely! The AI Show is designed to be an immersive exploration of the AI Revolution in education. In 2026, we're adding even more hands-on learning opportunities, including interactive sessions like peer workshops — plus live demos, hands-on exhibits from leading EdTech companies, and experimental activations throughout the Show floor.

How can I connect with other attendees before, during, and after The Show?

We offer a dedicated event app for networking, schedule-building, and more, which is expected to launch in early 2026.

Will there be an exhibition area? How can my company become an exhibitor?

Yes! There will be 100+ exhibits for attendees to explore. Interested exhibitors can apply through our website's Exhibitors section.

Are there limitations on equipment?

The SDCC is a unionized venue, and professional recording equipment for videography or photography may be subject to shadow labor charges. Please keep this in mind when you arrive at the show.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

Outside food and drink are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. There will be water fountains available for refilling your own reusable water bottle.

Will there Be parking?

The SDCC has a large underground parking garage located under the convention center. The lot is owned by the Port of San Diego and managed by ACE Parking. There are 31 ADA-compliant parking stalls with elevator access to the Convention Center. More info is available here: https://www.visitsandiego.com/parking

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, you can bring a stroller. However, please be mindful that we anticipate the show floor to be very busy.

Can I bring a service animal?

Certified service animals are welcome.

After the Event

Will session recordings be available after The Show?

Demo recordings from the 2025 Launch Pad stage are now live on our YouTube!

Are there any post-event networking opportunities?

Yes, we encourage continued engagement through our app and on LinkedIn!

How can I provide feedback on my experience at The Show?

We welcome feedback via our post-event survey, direct email, or through our event app.

Is there a dress code?

The event is business casual, but we encourage you to be comfortable — there's A LOT to explore!

Will food and beverages be provided during the event?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Are children allowed?

Anyone under the age of 18 is allowed at the event as long as they are accompanied by an adult who has the necessary consents to bring them. When you arrive at registration, please inform the staff and they will issue the child a wristband. Children are not permitted on the show floor during load-in and load-out. If you become separated from your child, please visit the organizer's office immediately.

Can I take photos or record videos & podcasts?

Unless you have prior written approval from the show organizers, all filming must be done using consumer-level equipment, such as smartphones or DSLR digital cameras. San Diego Convention Center is a union labor facility where all exhibitors, partners, and attendees must comply with venue regulations. The use of professional camera, lighting, and audio gear designed for, or suitable for, commercial purposes must be accompanied by union shadow labor. This includes, but is not limited to, selfie sticks/tripods/monopods boom arms; or any device which could be used to mount or hold a photography device, or could be used to extend a person's reach. Please contact the show organizers if you would like to reserve shadow labor. The event organizers reserve the right to discontinue any photography or filming they believe may be in violation of these terms, may pose a safety risk, or may lessen the enjoyment of the event by others.
