Megan Dusenbery

Megan leads Kaplan's University Partnership efforts and Enterprise Learning Solutions team. Megan is passionate about “education as a strategy” and wants education to serve as “the great equalizer.” Since 2005, Megan has strategically developed her team, and much of Kaplan’s partnership efforts, growing from leading a small team to over 100 in her organization.

Many of the university partnerships efforts driven by Megan’s team are focused on grant-funded and pipeline programs helping minority and first-generation students pursue their education and career goals. In the corporate sector, Enterprise Learning Solutions supports the dual goal of creating employment opportunities as well as diverse talent programs, through education. Megan’s team thrives on synthesizing the complexity of mutual business goals into clear strategies to support corporate leaders in their quest to attract, retain, and upskill talent.

Megan lives with her husband and two young sons in Austin, Texas. She frequently speaks on leadership topics like time management and talent development and is an early morning Peloton enthusiast.
