Lissy Giacoman

Lissy is CEO and co-founder of Vinco, a startup that empowers LatAm’s workforce through education benefits. Vinco connects employees with the best academic opportunities in the region while improving employee retention and productivity. Prior to Vinco, Lissy worked at Boston Consulting Group, working closely with top corporations on strategy and digital transformation projects. For three years, Lissy was also a strategy professor at the Tec de Monterrey. She was recently named one of LatAm’s top 100 entrepreneurs by Bloomberg. Lissy holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
