Jonathan Hume

Jonathan Hume has spent the last 16+ years in business development and client success at a variety of technology companies. For the majority of his career, Jon has focused on building global teams in education technology companies (through heavy persuasion from his mother - a teacher of more than 20 years). Jon joined Soapbox Labs in 2020 as the company made significant new investments in each of their two core offerings: SoapBox Educate for the existing K-12 school and classroom-focused market, and SoapBox Play for the new consumer-focused market.

Jon has a deep passion for supporting companies that have an opportunity to change the world. Jon, his wife Cameron, and Bernedoodle - Ferdinand live in Jackson, WY. They made the move from San Francisco to pursue their love of the outdoors, whether fly fishing the Snake River, hiking and snowshoeing in Grand Teton National Park, or skiing the steep terrain.
