Dr. Winters is a clinical faculty member at the University of Houston, Victoria’s School of Business. She is a certified coach, consultant, and author. She has a well-established track record of designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments resulting in performance and productivity improvements. Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C. She is a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute, certified Confidence Coach (American Confidence Institute), and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant. She holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is certified in the Neurolink suite of tools.
