Jeanette Winters

Jeanette Winters is a human capital, change management and organizational development executive known for aligning people, strategy, and opportunity.  She passionately strives to enable individual and corporate growth, meet expectations for transformation and revenue generation, and enable achievement.  She works with people to capitalize on change opportunities for themselves and their organizations.  Jeanette has led corporate human resources including talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational development and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations, privately held companies and start-ups  (Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes, Amgen, and Igloo Products Corp).  She has also served as interim HR executive in several companies.

Dr. Winters is a clinical faculty member at the University of Houston, Victoria’s School of Business.  She is a certified coach, consultant, and author.  She has a well-established track record of designing and implementing world-class solutions in challenging global environments resulting in performance and productivity improvements.  She is committed to helping organizations perform more successfully while supporting all.  

Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C.  She is a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute, certified Confidence Coach (American Confidence Institute),  and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant.  She holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute and is certified in the Neurolink suite of tools.
