Jean Ryan

Jean is the Sr. Director, leadership development at PepsiCo, a $79 billion Global Leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages employing over 300,000 associates worldwide. She began her career in sales and held a variety of sales and management roles before she was tapped on the shoulder for a sales training position. Since then, she has been focused on building talent development and learning strategies that align with business needs and enable associates to perform to their potential. She has progressed through a series of learning / talent development positions supporting both functional and enterprise learning, and now leads the global leadership development agenda at PepsiCo. Jean earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University and a masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University She lives in Chicago with her husband and 4 children.
