Jaymes Hanna is a Senior Program Officer, Market Dynamics in the K-12 Education program at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He launched and manages a portfolio to evolve K-12 markets toward better serving students who are Black, Latino, and/or from low-income backgrounds—by improving: sustainability and scale of mission-driven providers of evidence-based programs, products, and services; usage of evidence, data & market information by districts & providers; and relevance of programs/products/services via proximate and human-centered design practices. Previously, Jaymes has worked at various intersections of impact, business and technology at LEAP Innovations, Monitor Deloitte Strategy Consulting, Google, and Intel.
