Jarvis Racine

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Workforce Development and Government Affairs, Jarvis’ focus is on strengthening and expanding Herzing University’s partnerships to assist healthcare systems and community organizations in solving workforce challenges and achieving their employee development goals. He also leads the public affairs initiatives for the university, including those focused on increasing access to higher education, meeting workforce demands and Nursing related legislative initiatives. Additionally, he was recently recognized as a Notable Higher Education Leader and continues to speak nationally on building accessible pathways.  Jarvis grew up with deaf parents who taught him to fight passionately for what he believes in and to never doubt the power of persistence!
