Jack Kelly

Jack Kelly is the Vice President of Corporate Development for Colibri Group. Jack oversees all M&A activity tied to the business and supports integration efforts post-closing. He joined Colibri in 2019 after the business transitioned ownership from Quad-C to Gridiron Capital. Prior to Colibri, Jack was an Investment Banking Associate in Baird’s Technology and Services group, focused primarily on providing sell side support to middle market businesses. During his final year with Baird, he was a member of the advisory team that supported Colibri in its sale process, which ultimately provided the segway to joining Colibri full time. Jack started his career with Deloitte as an Auditor. Jack holds a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting from the University of Denver. He is also a licensed CPA.
