Dr. Jacinta M. Jiménez (also known as “Dr. J”) is a Psychologist and Board-Certified Leadership Coach with a 15+ year career dedicated to the betterment of leaders, innovative programs, and technology.

A graduate of Stanford University as well as the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, Dr. J is a sought-after expert in bridging the fields of psychology and leadership. She has worked with individuals and senior leaders in top organizations in Silicon Valley and throughout the world.

She possesses deep experience working in the intersection of psychology and technology. As the current VP of Coach Innovation and the former Global Head of Coaching at technology-enabled leadership development coaching platform, BetterUp, Dr. J led the development of ground-breaking science-backed coaching approaches for helping today’s top organizations, while also leading a community of 1500+ international Leadership Coaches in over 58 countries. She was also a core team member in the creation and implementation of the Anger and Irritability Management System, a mobile app published by the Mobile Behavior Design Lab and the National Center for PTSD. Dr. J also is on the leadership team of WELL (Women Entrepreneurs & leaders laboratory) for digital health.

In addition to being an internationally recognized keynote speaker, Dr. J has been featured in national news and TV outlets, including CNN/HLN, Business Insider, Forbes, Fast Company, and Bloomberg on psychology related topics. Her deep knowledge of human behavior and psychological theory makes her an authority in catalyzing positive behavior change within individuals at scale.

Her book, The Burnout Fix (McGraw Hill, 2021) covers resilience, sustainable success, and peak performance at work.

Dr. J is passionate about DEI. In addition to being a recipient of Stanford University's Chicano/Latino senior award, she holds a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
