J. Puckett

J. is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group. He is the founder and Global Leader for BCG U, an innovative business which works with public and private sector organizations to drive learning advantage, build scale capabilities, and leverage upskilling to deliver outsized business impact.  J. also founded and led BCG’s global Education, Employment and Welfare practice.  J. has worked extensively over 30+ years with private and public sector entities on important strategic and operational transformation efforts. He has hands-on experience in talent and capability development, business strategy design and implementation, enterprise building, large-scale transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining BCG, J. worked for IBM. J. received a BS in Computer Science and Religion from Duke University, and an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on two World Economic Forum Councils (Future of Education; Future of Education, Gender and Work).
