Ernesto Pagano

Ernesto is a Managing Director and Partner at BCG and a core member of the firm’s education and training practice and leads the professional advancement / corporate training topic. Throughout his BCG career, he has led various projects, including various market studies of the OPM, publishing and professional advancement markets, operating model redesign, sales and pricing, growth strategy for various edtech clients. Prior to joining BCG, Ernesto was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in London and Hong Kong, where he worked as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team. He also co-founded a start-up to enable international students connect with universities abroad.
