Erika Patterson

Erika is the EY Americas Corporate Responsibility Leader. In this role, she is responsible for executing on the Americas Corporate Responsibility priorities, encompassing our internal and external efforts to operate as a socially and environmentally responsible business, and our ongoing commitment to drive maximum social impact that benefits our people, clients and communities.  

Prior to her current role, Erika was Director in the Office of the US Chair in the EY New York office where she reported directly to the US CEO; and the Director of Operations and Strategy in the US-Central Region. In these roles, she focused on managing strategic priorities and programs for seamless business operations. Erika directed complex tactical and strategic initiatives that supported leadership objectives and drove organizational success.

During her 21-year EY tenure, Erika has served in a variety of roles, including the Global Strategic Growth Markets Operations Leader, where she spearheaded the operational infrastructure and worked with the Executive Committee to advise, guide and recognize entrepreneurs and high-growth companies. She also served as the Executive on Loan to a Cincinnati-based nonprofit tech startup hub created by the EY organization and a Fortune 50 corporation.
