With an unwavering dedication spanning 23 years within Santa Ana Unified School District, Diana stands as a driving force in education as the Executive Director of Preschool - 12th Grade Teaching and Learning. Her transformative leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping Santa Ana's academic landscape. Drawing from her rich experience, Diana possesses a profound understanding of the diverse needs and aspirations of the SAUSD students, educators, and community. Her leadership has cultivated an environment of collaborative learning, where innovation and inclusivity flourish. Throughout her esteemed career, Diana has been a visionary advocate for equitable education and innovative pedagogical approaches. She has served in a variety of capacities, ranging from classroom teacher, site level administrator, Director of Elementary Education and now in her current role as Executive Director of Teaching and Learning.
