Dhruva Banerjee

Dhruva is the Founder of ProjectSet, a UK-based award-winning social enterprise that offers career readiness programs to learners worldwide. Dhruva started his career with Monitor Company and spent over 20 years in the strategy consulting industry advising Fortune 500 organisations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. During this time, Dhruva mentored students and early-career talent on consulting projects to help them develop employability skills;this experience seeded the idea for ProjectSet. Dhruva was featured in a Harvard Business School case study for his innovative work. Dhruva holds a B.Engg degree and a PhD in Management and serves on the board of an investment management firm. Dhruva lives with his family in London.
