
Christina Heitz is Founder and CEO of Cambiar Education, a K-12 venture design studio dedicated to changing the marketplace for education innovation to prove undeniably that every student can succeed. Cambiar powers groundbreaking ventures, builds its own game-changing initiatives, and collaborates with funders to invest in high-impact solutions. Since it was founded in 2016, Cambiar has partnered with over 100 innovative education ventures and grown direct-run initiatives that reach more than 27 million students and families.
Prior to founding Cambiar, Christina served as Managing Director of The Broad Academy, where she identified, developed, and coached more than 100 of the nation’s most talented superintendents, CEOs, and state education commissioners, helping to reshape urban and state-level school systems and the lives of the students and families they serve.
Earlier in her career, Christina led new product divisions at AT&T and Ralston Purina, co-founded the Institute of California, and founded AIM (Admissions Information Management).
Christina earned a Bachelor degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She was a Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow (in the gFunk cohort!).
