Chenault Taylor

Chenault is a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and an Ambassador at BCG Henderson Institute, Boston Consulting Group’s think tank. She specializes in education, workforce development, and people strategy. She brings deep expertise in strategic planning and the Future of Work, and has worked with state government, philanthropy, non-profits, higher education, and business leaders to navigate complex challenges in these areas. Chenault began her career as a public high school math teacher in New Orleans before transitioning to roles in politics and at an edtech startup, where she worked to deliver education and workforce programming in correctional facilities.
