Brent Chrite

Brent Chrite is the 9th president of Bentley University located in Waltham, MA. Dr. Chrite is an experienced higher education leader who has been actively engaged in individual and institutional capacity building efforts in some of the world’s most challenging economic markets. Working closely with organizations including the Eurasia Foundation, World Bank Group, US department of State and Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF), Dr. Chrite has worked with public and private sector stakeholders in countries as varied as Afghanistan, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kenya among others. Through these efforts, Chrite has sought to harness the dynamism of the private sector toward enabling environment creation and economic development.
