Andy has a passion to bring together money and mission. In his role as Chief Impact Officer at the San Diego Workforce Partnership he is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the nearly $35-$40M that the Workforce Partnership invests annually in workforce programs aimed at helping all San Diego residents gain access to economic opportunity.
