Prior to Guild, Allison served as a Senior Partner and the Head of Innovation at Entangled Group (acquired by Guild Education), where she started the Economic Mobility Practice focused on advising employers, learning providers, and philanthropists on creating economic opportunity through education and upskilling. While at Entangled, she also helped incubate and advise four edtech companies: ReUp Education, Pathstream, Adjacent Academies, and Outset Careers.
Previously, she held senior roles at EdSurge, where she built the higher education business, and Davidson College, where she led strategic initiatives from the President’s Office.
