Allison Salisbury

Allison Dulin Salisbury is a G2M leader in edtech/HRtech focused on building and scaling solutions, marketing, and sales teams to unlock opportunity for America's workforce. She has spent 15+years — as an educator, entrepreneur, and strategist — at the center of learning and the future of work.She is a Senior Vice President at Guild Education, where she leads various G2M teams that help Guild’s employer partners reskill their workforce for the future. She regularly shares what she is learning in her column on Forbes.Prior to Guild, Allison served as a Senior Partner and President at Entangled (acquired by Guild). Entangled was a venture studio, and during her time there she helped start and build the G2M functions for four edtech companies: ReUp Education, Pathstream, Adjacent Academies, and Outset Careers.Previously, she held senior roles at EdSurge, where she built the higher education business, and Davidson College, where she led strategic initiatives from the President’s Office. She started her career as a community organizer in the rural south.
