With more than 20 years of relevant work experience, Alejandro Caballero is a Principal Education Specialist at the IFC based in Washington D.C. Alejandro’s investment and operational experience in education spans across Asia, Middle-East and North Africa, Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on Technology in Education, Online Education, Employability and Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government models. Alejandro has been instrumental in the development of IFC’s value-added services in Higher Education: Vitae (Employability) and D4TEP (Digital Transformation), having led 15 Digital Transformation engagements with Higher Education Institutions globally. Alejandro holds an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University.
