Finding Your Leadership Soul - A Book Talk with Carlos Moreno

In his new book - Finding Your Leadership Soul - Carlos Moreno stresses the important functions that love, care and vulnerability can and should play in education leadership. Framed around letters written to three young men whom he had the opportunity to teach and mentor, Carlos reflects on his own leadership journey, in the form of lessons he wishes he could have shared and impacts he wishes he could have made.
