Overnight, remote learning became the norm as schools quickly pivoted. Higher Ed CIOs and Digital Education leaders were the superheroes without capes. Whether working with ISPs to get students high-speed internet access or providing laptops to underserved students, they were the glue that kept higher education institutions together.
