He is also the Resident Director, Adventz Group Fertilizer Companies: Paradeep Phosphates Ltd, (PPL, Odisha); Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd (ZACL, Goa), and Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (MCFL, Mangalore) & the Managing Director, Russtech Development Pvt. Ltd., India.
