Hello, I’m Netra! I’m a senior at IMSA with a passion for aerospace engineering, robotics, and astrophysics. I enjoy badminton, cooking, working on my research project, and spending time with my family. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to apply my interest in engineering and physics to research at Northwestern University, where I study bubble scintillation chambers—using acoustic instrument data to help inch us closer to understanding dark matter. At school, I’m dedicated to making STEM more accessible, which is why I’m involved in Girls IN2 STEM, a nonprofit mentorship program supporting young women in science and engineering fields, and IMSA’s Leadership Education and Development community. This April, I’m excited to join SureStart to present KineX—a physical therapy app that integrates AI and computer vision to make rehab more accessible and engaging.
