Megan Rozzana

Megan Rozzana has spent the past decade fostering a love of learning in elementary classrooms, using arts integration to make English Language Arts come alive. She is the K-6 Academic Coach at Arkansas Arts Academy, where she supports teachers in their professional growth, collaborates on student achievement through data-driven PLCs, and integrates innovative resources to enhance student learning. With a passion for literacy, she has specialized in teaching students with characteristics of dyslexia, advocating for every child’s right to read. Megan believes reflection is a vital part of learning. By embedding reflection into instruction, she empowers students and educators to process new ideas, ask questions, and celebrate growth. Through her work with MirrorTalk AI, she provides a safe space for learners to track their development and deepen understanding. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University.
