Jing Cox-Orrell is the Associate Director of Youth Initiatives at Britebound™ in Boston, MA where she leads their integrated youth engagement strategy and oversees a $25 million philanthropic portfolio focused on equity, systems-level change, and authentic youth voice in education and workforce development. In her role, Jing bridges strategic grantmaking with high-impact youth engagement, expanding career-connected learning pathways and empowering young people to influence the systems that shape their futures. She co-designs and implements youth-centered programs that inform Britebound™ strategy, policy, and advocacy work. Jing also represents Britebound™ nationally, sharing best practices on equitable, youth-driven philanthropy and career readiness. Since joining in 2021, Jing has advanced equity in grantmaking, fostered learning communities, and strengthened trust with grantees and partners. She brings deep expertise in program management, inclusive funding strategies, and evaluation—building on prior experience developing curriculum, training educators, and leading youth workshops at Cambridge Health Alliance and Peer Health Exchange. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment, Jing frequently speaks on education, equity, and systems change. She holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
