As CLO, Eric led the L&D strategy, governance, technology and delivery of solutions for 120K+ practitioners. He achieved measurable results impacting cost, quality, speed to support increasing knowledge and skill specialization requirements.In addition, Eric has developed and executed innovative talent management strategies across learning and development, performance management, succession and rewards and recognition which have driven positive, lasting culture change across complex, global organizations including Deloitte, Gap Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb and Coca-Cola.
